A 55-year-old Hartland man was seen swimming around and underneath an unanchored pontoon boat around 3 p.m. on Sunday. After 15 minutes, the man could not be located by those on the vessel and contact was made immediately with an Oakland County Sheriff Marine Deputy on routine patrol of White Lake.
