A number of major cities across the U.S. are vying for Amazon CEO Jeff Bezo's attention as he looks to build the massive tech company's second headquarters on new turf. Each pitch must be submitted by Oct. 19. At least three pitches are expected to be made by cities across Michigan to bring the Seattle-based e-commerce giant to Michigan. The enemy is to the north, so that's where our heroes are heading. Season 7, episode 5 of HBO's hit series "Game of Thrones" featured some big reveals, including Jamie surviving his encounter with Drogon and Gilly discovering Jon Snow's legitimate noble birth. However, the episode, titled "Eastwatch" ended with Snow leading a raiding party north of the wall to retrieve evidence of the army of the dead.
